4-Day Adrenaline Queenstown
The ultimate adventure bucket list
Four days of non-stop adrenaline — bungy, skydiving, jet boats, canyon swings, and more. This is Queenstown at its most thrilling.
Day-by-Day Itinerary
Classic Adrenaline
Start with Queenstown's two most iconic thrills — bungy and jet boats.
Kawarau Bridge Bungy
The world's first commercial bungy. 43 metres above the turquoise Kawarau River. The perfect way to start an adrenaline trip.
Lunch at Fergburger
Celebrate your first jump with Queenstown's most famous burger.
Shotover Jet
85km/h through narrow canyon walls with stomach-dropping 360-degree spins.
Onsen Hot Pools
Recovery soak in private cedar tubs overlooking the canyon you just jet-boated through.
Overnight: Queenstown CBD
Ask about the Kawarau + Shotover combo deal — it often saves 15–20%.
Sky & Canyon
Take to the air with skydiving, then swing over a canyon.
Tandem Skydive (15,000ft)
60 seconds of freefall over Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables, and Coronet Peak. The views are unbeatable.
Lunch at The Boatshed
Waterfront dining to decompress after skydiving.
Shotover Canyon Swing
60-metre freefall followed by a 200-metre canyon swing. Choose your jump style — backwards, upside down, or in a chair.
Dinner at Botswana Butchery
Celebrate an incredible day with upscale dining.
Overnight: Queenstown CBD
Book skydiving for your first clear-weather morning — it's weather dependent. Have a backup day.
Heights & Water
The Nevis Bungy, white-water rafting, and paragliding.
Nevis Bungy (134m)
New Zealand's highest bungy. 8.5 seconds of freefall over the Nevis River gorge. The ultimate adrenaline challenge.
Quick Lunch
Refuel at Devil Burger or a quick cafe near town.
Shotover River White-Water Rafting
Grade 3–5 rapids through the same dramatic canyons. Physically engaging and brilliantly fun.
Dinner at Atlas Beer Cafe
Local craft beer and wood-fired pizza. A well-earned meal.
Overnight: Queenstown CBD
The Nevis Bungy is remote — transport is included but allow the full 4 hours.
Air, Luge & Farewell
Finish with a scenic flight and a final run down the luge.
Tandem Paragliding
Soar silently over Queenstown from the Skyline summit. 10–15 minutes of peaceful flying with incredible views.
Skyline Luge
Multiple runs down the gravity-fuelled luge tracks. The scenic track has better views; the advanced track has more thrills.
Farewell Lunch at Rata
End the trip at Josh Emett's acclaimed restaurant.
Depart Queenstown
Head to the airport buzzing with adrenaline memories.
Overnight: Departure
Paragliding is wind-dependent. If cancelled, swap in a helicopter scenic flight instead.
